Cancellation and missed appt policy:
In the event you need to cancel or reschedule your appt, we ask for a 24 hour notice. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled services. No call/no shows will result in fee of 100% of the scheduled services.

Late arrival policy:
While we make every effort to accommodate late arrivals, if you are more than 15 minutes late, your service may have to be rescheduled and our cancellation policy will apply.

Extended fills and full set policy:
Please be aware that any appointment booked later than 3 weeks (or client returning with less than 50% of extensions remaining) is considered an extended fill and does require an additional fee. Anything after 4 weeks of initial/last fill appointment (or client returning with less than 25% of extensions remaining) is considered a full set and will be charged accordingly.

If your lashes need some extra love, please call the studio ahead of your scheduled appt so we can ensure we have the correct amount of time booked for you.

Refund policy:
The service cost includes artist time, product, and other expenses. For this reason no refunds will be given for any reason on services. In the event that you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns and if a fix can be done, it will be addressed with a complimentary 20 minute touch up. Please be advised any concerns expressed after 48 hours of your last appointment, or if failure to follow the proper aftercare instructions will result in usual service price.
